I was introduced to therapy as a client. I saw the benefits of having the space to question, think, and feel. We often move through life with resistance. We avoid pain, suffering, and grief. This resistance can trap the very feelings we are trying to avoid forcing us miss the present and experience of life. ​Counseling is a safe place to sit in fear, love, anger, grief, joy, sadness, and apathy. It is a connection to the human experience of authenticity and vulnerability. The ability to be seen and heard with clarity. Here are some of my areas of speciality: NON GENETICALLY RELATED TEENS & ADULTS Donor conceived or adopted? ​Co-existing in two separate worlds can have a range of emotions and experiences. I work with individuals who have a differing genetic origin than their parent(s). We can examine the past, present, and the questions that may never be answered. INFERTILITY Struggling to conceive can feel like a marathon with a moving finish line. I combine personal and professional experience to process the disenfranchised grief that is infertility. I hope to walk with men, women, and couples as they start or end their journey with fertility treatments offering sessions designed to help find themselves again. INFIDELITY AND/OR DIVORCE Infidelity in the digital age is described as a death by a 1,000 cuts. I work with couples and individuals as they process the beginnings, middles, and ends of an affair. Divorce can feel so right and so wrong.
